Feed production on the basis of LLC "Davlekanovsky KHP No. 1" is an important link in the vertically integrated structure of the TAVROS Group of Companies. Our own feed base provides over 97% of the needs of the Holding's livestock enterprises in compound feed, guaranteeing the strategic stability of the business and uninterrupted feeding of animals.
General information
LLC "Davlekanovsky KHP No. 1" is the largest enterprise in the region for the processing and storage of grain and oilseeds. The company became part of the TAVROS Group of Companies in 2016.
The construction of a feed mill on the basis of Davlekanovsky KHP No. 1 became a logical continuation of the process of forming a vertically integrated structure of the Holding.
In May 2017, as part of the reconstruction, the first stage of a feed mill with a capacity of 20 tons per hour was put into operation, and already in June, the first batch of compound feed was produced by LLC Davlekanovsky KHP No. 1 with the possibility of microdosing.
At the beginning of 2018, the second stage of the feed mill for 20 tons per hour was launched with the possibility of producing a full line of high-quality feed.
LLC "Davlekanovsky KHP No. 1" fully covers the needs for under-processing, storage and transshipment of grain products produced by LLC "Bashkir-Agroinvest", and also provides for the needs of livestock complexes of LLC "Bashkir Meat Company" in full-feed feed.
